Frankie Grande and the Halfway Mark

Frankie Grande and the Halfway Mark

Halfway home. Read all about it below.

Photos taken on Day 4 (Wednesday, June 5) show overjoyed cyclists and volunteer roadies when they reached the halfway mark to Los Angeles. Bonus points if you can spot influencer and performer Frankie Grande at the halfway point. (By the way, he was on fire at the Talent Show when he performed an AIDS/LifeCycle parody of his sister Ariana’s hit song “7 Rings”!)

AIDS/LifeCycle is a fully supported, seven-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, co-produced by and benefiting the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. The event raises awareness about the ongoing HIV/AIDS epidemic and funds services such as HIV testing, prevention, care, and much more.

Since 1993, when the ride began as a for-profit event called “California AIDS Ride,” participants have raised more than $200 million and completed more than 42,000 journeys on bikes from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
